A few straight answers

Does paying get me the ✓ Verified badge?

No. Verified means someone here rang the number on the listing and a person at the business confirmed they serve the area shown. It is free, it is not for sale, and a Premium Listing that hasn’t been called yet stays Unclaimed until it is. How we verify.

Does a listing here help me rank on Google?

It contributes. Part of how Google decides which local businesses to trust is by checking how consistently a business’s name, address and phone number appear across other established sites. Those references are called citations, and they feed the “prominence” side of local ranking — the signal that says this is a real, established business rather than a page someone put up last week. Every accurate listing adds to that picture; every listing with the wrong phone number or an old address takes away from it.

What it is not is a lever you pull. One citation will not move you up the map pack on its own — it works cumulatively, alongside your reviews, your proximity to the person searching, and how complete your own Google profile is. Anyone selling a single directory listing as a ranking strategy is overselling it.

What we can promise is that your details here will match your Google profile exactly, because we build the listing from it — so it counts in your favour rather than muddying the record.

How much traffic does the site get?

The site launched in 2026 and is still growing, so we are not going to quote you a number that flatters us. What a Premium Listing buys today is a complete, accurate, photo-led page about your business that we build for you, plus the audit and the review gap report. If you would rather wait until the traffic numbers speak for themselves, that is a fair call — the free listing is there either way.

What happens if I don’t renew?

Your listing stays up — it just reverts to the free version, so the photo, the About section, the spotlight article and the contact form come off, and you drop back into the normal category order. Nothing disappears and nothing gets deleted. We’ll email you before the renewal date rather than quietly charging you.

The term is a full year, billed once at the start. We don’t prorate part-years, so if you decide six months in that it isn’t for you, the listing simply runs out its term and then reverts.

What do you need from me?

An email address for enquiries, and a booking link if you have one. Everything else — photos, description, hours, services — we build from your public Google Business Profile. If you’d rather send your own photos, even better.
